Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SpragStudy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

SpragStudy is an independent study tool that analyses past exam papers uploaded by users and generates topic frequency reports, revision checklists, and practice questions. SpragStudy is not affiliated with any exam board, educational institution, or government body.

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use SpragStudy
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent token limits
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service

• New accounts receive 1 free analysis token on signup
• Additional tokens can be purchased as one-off packs or via monthly subscription
• Tokens never expire — purchased tokens remain in your account indefinitely
• Tokens are non-refundable once used to run a successful analysis
• If an analysis fails due to a technical error on our side, your token will be automatically refunded
• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
• All prices are in Euro and inclusive of applicable taxes

You agree not to:

• Upload content that you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from SpragStudy
• Use the service to generate content intended to deceive or mislead others
• Attempt to circumvent our token system or access the service without payment
• Upload documents containing personal data of third parties

SpragStudy does not claim ownership of the past papers you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any documents you submit.

The SpragStudy application, design, and generated analysis outputs are the intellectual property of SpragStudy. You may not reproduce or redistribute SpragStudy's generated content for commercial purposes without permission.

SpragStudy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that analysis results are accurate or that topic patterns reflect future exam content. SpragStudy is a revision aid only and should be used alongside — not as a replacement for — your school or tutor guidance.

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, SpragStudy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including exam results or academic outcomes. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of SpragStudy at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where possible. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
